The TSC has made commendable progress by addressing the demands of delocalized teachers who applied for transfers.

The TSC has diligently handled these transfers, ensuring that even those previously marked as ‘pending’ have received attention. Delocalized teachers eager to relocate are encouraged to visit their respective TSC County Directors’ offices. This prompt action will help them confirm the availability of their transfer letters. Additionally, teachers can monitor the status of their transfer requests online, with the process evolving from ‘pending’ to ‘acknowledged’ and finally to ‘approved.’
The TSC’s Regional Directors have efficiently processed most transfer requests for delocalized teachers across their regions. Many teachers from different counties have already received their transfer letters, which were obtained from TSC County offices.

The TSC’s commitment is to process transfer requests for a total of 21,544 delocalized teachers before the reopening of schools. This approach marks a shift from the conventional reliance on factors like vacancies, replacements, staffing norms, and medical considerations. Instead, the focus is now on achieving equitable teacher distribution and optimal utilization.
