One noteworthy example is for senior teachers in grade C5 primary schools, who are expected to witness a substantial boost in their monthly earnings, seeing their salaries rise from 47,896 shillings to an impressive 64,631 shillings, marking a substantial increase of 17,000 shillings.
Additionally, secondary school teachers can look forward to a substantial wage hike, with the potential of their monthly salaries soaring to 157,656 shillings. T

The CEO has indicated that if the proposed salary revision is accepted, it will result in higher pay for all teachers, adhering to the stipulations laid out in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the years 2021 to 2025.
The adjusted salary structures for TSC teachers under the 2021-2025 CBA are categorized as follows:

1. Principals (T-SCALE 15)
Principals overseeing county and national schools with student populations exceeding 1,000 will experience salary adjustments.
The lowest-paid principal will receive 131,380 shillings monthly, while the highest-paid principal will earn 157,656 shillings.
2. Senior Teachers (T Scale 14)
These educators responsible for more than 540 students in county schools will see their monthly salaries set at 118,242 and 121,890 shillings, respectively.
3. Principals (TSC 13)
Those in charge of subcounty schools will also witness changes in their salaries, with the lowest-paid principal receiving 104,644 shillings and the highest-paid principal obtaining 106,812 shillings.
4. Deputy Principals III:
Managing all-day and sub-county schools, these administrators will experience salary revisions, with the lowest salary amounting to 91,041 shillings.
5. Deputy Principals IV, Senior Headteachers, and Senior Master II:
Senior headteachers with job grade D1 (T Scale 11) are entrusted with the management of primary schools accommodating over 1,000 students.
Meanwhile, senior master II grade D1 (T Scale 11) oversees county schools with more than 540 students.
6. Senior Master III, Deputy Headteacher I, and Headteacher
Administrators at grade C5 (T Scale 10) are responsible for elementary schools with student populations fewer than 1,000.
