The KCPE 2023 exams have concluded, and preparations for the marking are underway. KCSE 2023 is ongoing, with the official sit-in exams starting tomorrow.
For contracted professionals involved in KCSE and KCPE exams, there’s good news. You can now access and download your deployment letters via the KNEC portal.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log in using your credentials on the KNEC portal.
2. Navigate to the ‘Dashboard’ tab and check under ‘deployments’ to find your assigned examination center, duty station, and position.
3. A table will display details under ‘Exam,’ ‘Duty Station,’ ‘Position,’ and ‘Actions’ columns.
4. Under the ‘Actions’ column, click ‘Download Appointment Letter’ to retrieve your letter.
5. After logging in, ensure your personal information is accurate, save it, and proceed to access, read, accept, or reject the invitation letter. After acceptance, download and print the letter.

Cp2 knec contracted professionals.If you’ve forgotten your password or don’t have one, follow these steps to reset it:
1. Click on the ‘forgot password’ link.
2. Enter your mobile phone number.
3. Click ‘Reset Password.’
4. You’ll receive new login credentials via SMS.

Additionally, KNEC has posted the list of selected invigilators and supervisors on the portal. This list includes the names of contracted professionals, their positions, gender, and ID numbers.
To access this list:
1. Log in to the KNEC contracted portal.
2. Enter the User Name and password.
3. Input the distance between the center/school and the exam distribution center.
4. Log in to the center’s account.
5. Complete your personal information and proceed to access, read, accept, or reject the invitation letter. After acceptance, download and print the letter.
